My morning smoothie

Every morning that starts with this smoothie is a great morning.

Here are the base ingredients:

  • 8-12 ounces of unsweetened almond milk, chocolate or vanilla
  • protein powder – raw protein powder
  • cocoa powder
  • cinnamon
  • cayenne pepper

Seasonal ingredients:

  • fresh or frozen banana
  • frozen fruit – raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mixed berry mix from costco or trader joes, mangos, frozen cherries
  • Fresh fruit

This smoothie makes me happy. It tastes pretty good and is easy to play with different ingredient combinations. It gives me the energy I need till lunch and is satisfying.
